Where we at?

Where we at?  Well, we're still here.  Actually, the only one in the family who is busier than normal is me.  And well, I'm the one who writes these blog posts!  Remember THIS post back in January about the $33 million dollar contract at work?  Well, it's come back so that is where most of my time is going to these days.  By the time I get home, and assuming I'm not working more, I usually crash in bed.

We are starting to accept that our house will not sell.  I think I've come to terms with that and am OK about it, but it just makes me want to do more things to the house to enjoy it for several more years.  

Tyler's recovery is doing great.  We go back for a follow-up visit on June 10 to potentially remove his cast.  He is excited about that possibility!

Ryan is walking like crazy!  I have to say it makes life so much easier so far! 

Tyler and Josh will be traveling up north for Josh's grandmother's funeral.  They will leave next weekend.  Ryan and I are staying behind and will have another weekend to ourselves! 

Mid June, I will be taking my first business trip in 1 1/2 years.  Pregnancy and early motherhood months prevented me from traveling before! 

We have no Memorial Day weekend plans.  I sometimes feel by surveying posts on Facebook that we are the only ones without access to beach houses or lake houses!  But we are looking forward to our beach trip this summer.  Tyler talks about it every week!  Ryan is already a water bug because his sitter has a pool and has taken him in a few times!
