Life Potpourri

1.  Our house has still not sold.  It's been on the market since September and had a total of 5-6 showings.  I've gone from patient to impatient and now back to the philosophy that whatever is supposed to happen will happen.  We will pull it off the market in July.  I have no idea what the right answer is, but I know that it will be OK in the end.

2.  I've been soul searching change in my life and trying to figure out what things are bringing me down and not showing off my greatest strengths.  I know that's vague, but this is a public blog, and I have to be.  :)

3. Ryan is completely off bottles.  He drinks whole milk out of his sippy cup.  Just like Tyler, he transitioned seamlessly!

4.  I have not lost any more weight, but I haven't really tried hard either.  The good news is that I have not gained any!

5.  I need a haircut and a tan....really badly.

6.  Ryan is getting four new teeth (two molars and two eye teeth).

7.  Tyler's breath always smells like something died in his mouth.  Really.  So, we bought kid's mouthwash to try and cover up the stank.  Granted, it's for kids age 6 and up, but we had to take desperate measures.

8.  Tyler's graduation and preschool luncheon is in a few weeks!  He will continue there through the summer until kindergarten starts.

9.  Ryan is on the waiting list to get into the 1 year old class where Tyler currently is.  He's also on the waiting list for an excellent daycare if we move this summer.

10.  We are all coping with the loss of Toby.  It comes up every once in a while from Tyler, but like most 5 year olds, he moves to a different topic rather fast.  We definitely miss him, especially now that Ryan loves to throw his food all over the floor....
