The grants are gone!

We went to the Strawberry Festival in Garner this past weekend, and it was tons of fun. It was HOT though! 92 degrees! Afterwards, Tyler got a "big boy" haircut which is more quickly growing on me than some other cuts.

Sunday, Tyler played with some neighbors down the road and jumped on a trampoline for the first time. It was love at first sight! Later that night, we had dinner with Chris and Taylor and had THE BEST chicken and shrimp pasta I've ever eaten. Literally. Chris is a culinary king! I am totally getting the recipe. Taylor made great homeade cookies that now I will have to make since Josh told them that I never bake dessert. Um hello? I AM trying to lose weight!
