February 2012
I celebrated Valentine's day with my favorite redheads. Also, our house went on the market. Again. But this time with an awesome realtor. :)
March 2012
Tyler turned 6, and we got Walker! This was the beginning of chewed up shoes, underwear, and action figures :)
April 2012
Ryan turned 2, I demonstrated that I can decorate cakes, and our house sold in three months--though at a big cost!
May 2012
We finally found a house, and Tyler finished up his co-ed soccer league.
June 2012
This was a busy month! Tyler finished kindergarten, we had a yard sale, Ryan got rid of his pacifier, and we MOVED!
July 2012
Another busy month! After moving during the hottest weekend in
August 2012
Tyler started first grade, Ryan started his new preschool, we joined a local swim and fitness club (the beginning of a 14 lb weight loss for me), and we booked our surprise trip to Disney!
September 2012
This month we enjoyed meeting new friends, swimming, a long labor day weekend, starting jiu-jitsu, photo shoots, and potty training!
October 2012
October picked up with fall and Halloween excitement, two driveway parties at our house, mine and Josh's birthdays, and the beginning of major insomnia and stress due to back-to-back photo shoots!
November 2012
We hosted our first Thanksgiving in our new house, but more importantly we went to DISNEY!
December 2012
December was full of sickness. Plain and simple! It hit us, along with what seems like the rest of the country! With the rest of the year pretty jammed packed, I wanted to relax during this month and not try and do too much traveling. We had a great Christmas in our home.
I'm not a huge fan of New Year's Eve and all the hype. I'm completely content waking up the next morning knowing it's another year.
With a successful photography year, I will know to do things differently next year..especially in the fall season. I overbooked myself at the cost of about losing my sanity!
Tyler has grown up so much this year, and first grade is seriously no joke! I'm so grateful for our move and the friendships it's brought his way.
Ryan is our little character who has grown tremendously and talks as much as Tyler! He has done great at preschool, and he has gone from losing a paci to recently transitioning to a big boy bed. More about that later. ;)
2013 will most likely be a frugal year for us as we are still learning how to live in our expensive and convenient little town. :) However, we already have some fun things up our sleeves.
