As you read yesterday, my kiddos weren’t big fans of the beach/ocean this year. However, the first day we went out we found a small pool near the ocean where both boys enjoyed playing. Ryan loved walking around on the sand, playing with the shovels and buckets, and splashing in the water. I thought we had a good thing coming, but over the next days he wasn’t as enthused! Oh well!

In case you don’t believe from these pictures that my sweet little redhead was clingy and disliking the beach in the later days, here is your proof.
The pool was a much bigger hit with the boys. Tyler has always loved swimming pools, and this year he decided to show us that he knows how to swim. Um, he never learned this but I guess he taught himself! He was jumping in and swimming under water several feet to us!
