Josh’s schedule has him working every other weekend. Many weekends I go to my parents’ house to have something to do, but sometimes I stick home. This was a weekend I stuck at home. Saturday morning was spent at the pediatrician’s office with Ryan’s ear infection. But as an overview of what else we did, here’s a list:
- Workbooks
- Arts and Crafts
- Outside Play
- Long naps
- Movies/TV
- Trip to Kohls to return boots
- Grocery shopping at Walmart for 1 hr +
And amazingly I survived! I wouldn’t say it was 100% hassle free, but it was pretty close!
This morning I survived Walmart with a sick baby and a 4 year old who wanted everything in sight! We were there over an hour getting groceries and other misc. things!
This pic was from my cell phone. For some reason, the quality was worse than normal!
We did some Thanksgiving arts and crafts.
Ryan tried a new food/snack.
He wasn’t a fan.
Ryan got to try out the swing for the first time and loved it!
And Tyler went on a nature walk in the yard.
My house is not clean, and I’m still in the middle of laundry. But my kids had fun. So, I guess I did good!
But I’m pooped!
Hats off to stay-at-home moms. You know who you are
