31 Week Dr Appt

Everything looked great. My blood pressure was the best it's been since the beginning of my pregnancy. Keep in mind, I've always had low blood pressure but last week it had elevated just a hair. I even lost a pound from last Thursday's weigh in, however I did throw up my dinner last night....

I was not able to schedule my c-section date today. The May schedule is still not out. However, I did talk to the doctor about how and when they schedule it. They want 39 complete weeks to pass. He said the earliest they could do it is Wed, May 5 and the latest is Monday, May 10. Ironically, those are the two dates we are considering based on Josh's and my mother-in-law's schedules. I go back in two weeks, March 23 (ironically Tyler's due date) and should be able to schedule something then. He said that they usually try to work with the dates that are asked for. We joked about how people have crazy reasons for picking dates. He's known people who said they can't deliver on a certain date because someone else's birthday is that day, etc. Me? It's not about me apparently. It's about my family's schedules!

I have been feeling much better with the headaches. I think it's been a combination of tension headaches and sinus headaches. I will tell you if you haven't ever purchased and used a Neti Pot, you need to! Don't know what it is? Google it! I'm convinced that it's cleared up my sinuses!

I had the first Braxton Hicks contractions yesterday afternoon. I rarely had them with Tyler. Probably explains why he was late!

Acid reflux and heartburn are a lot worse and sometimes the cause of vomiting, so I've had to move on from Tums to over the counter 75 mg Zantac. I was on prescription Zantac last pregnancy, so I'm trying not to take that route since I'm still on Zofran occasionally. This baby is very active already, head down, and constantly sitting on my bladder. :)

The sweet facilities guy at work who got me the comfy new chair also helped me figure out a way to prop my legs up at work underneath my desk. Yesterday, I had myself all twisted to the side with my legs on my extra chair and still twisting to the side to talk on the phone and type on the computer. Bad ergonomics. So, I asked him if he had two empty paper boxes I could put under my desk so that I could put my feet up on that. Voila. This morning, I had two under my desk!

While we are sharing cell phone pictures, with the weather so nice it's been hard to sit at a desk inside. However, this is my view 5 days a week, so I would say it could be worse!
