Surprise Ultrasound

I went to the dr today b/c after a week on zofran, I have still been miserable. I was concerned that I was losing weight and getting dehydrated. Well, thankfully I wasn't dehydrated but I had lost 2 lbs. They gave me a few pointers on nausea that I already knew. Said I could increase my dosage to 8mg, which I had already done. Then, they decided to fit me in for a quick ultrasound to make sure it wasn't twins! Great news...there's only 1 :)

But I saw lil bean and the heartbeat. heard her say the heartbeat rate and then I got distracted. I didn't get a picture or anything today that had it written down. She either said 154 or 164. I'm 7wks 3 days and due May 12....exactly as I assumed. I'll still have my comprehensive ultrasound appt on Tuesday which will be where they'll do more stuff. This was just a quick last minute one. I got a prescription for pheneghran as well, though I said i couldn't handle that during the work day b/c it will knock me out. The dr i saw today was the same dr that delivered tyler (they make you see all the drs there). Overall a good and surprising visit :) It helped to see that everything is good in there! I really needed some positive news.
