First Grocery Savings

Yesterday I headed out to Harris Teeter with a handful of coupons and a grocery list primarily deriving from what was on sale for the week. Since the newspaper didn't have coupons this weekend due to the holiday, I had to make due with some I had cut out weeks ago that hadn't expired. I also printed a few from couponmom.com.

I started off at CVS getting a pack of reguarly priced $14.99 pullups for $6! It was on sale for $8.97 and then I had a $2 off coupon.

At Harris Teeter, I managed to save $30 for a overall total of $55 worth of groceries for the week! Usually I spend between $75-$100 a week at Food Lion. I managed to get two rolls of aluminum foil for free and two packages of paper plates for free.

Not bad for my first time! :)
