So, I'm hoping in putting this on my blog where everyone can see that I will abide by my own rules. So, here it goes:
The "no no's" ( btw, i know that "no" is not possessive, but it looked wierd without one!
- No soft drinks
- No french fries (sigh...)
- No potatoes or white starches
I'm sticking with just these for now. Believe me, they will be hard enough.
My goals:
- Lose 10 lbs
- Drink more water
- Workout 30 mins at work each day (min of 4 days a week)--we now have a fitness room. There is no excuse!
