giving it a try

So, I'm hoping in putting this on my blog where everyone can see that I will abide by my own rules. So, here it goes:

The "no no's" ( btw, i know that "no" is not possessive, but it looked wierd without one!

  1. No soft drinks
  2. No french fries (sigh...)
  3. No potatoes or white starches

I'm sticking with just these for now. Believe me, they will be hard enough.

My goals:

  1. Lose 10 lbs
  2. Drink more water
  3. Workout 30 mins at work each day (min of 4 days a week)--we now have a fitness room. There is no excuse!
