A little update

Wow, this week has been busy! Work is starting to pick back up.

Tyler's had a great week at preschool. In fact, the last two weeks have been great. Again, I'm so thankful for his preschool and his teachers. He runs in every morning and gives Miss Cathy a hug. He loves it, and most of the time he doesn't want to leave when I pick him up! If I ask him who his favorite friend is, there is no hesitation--Mikaelya! They are inseparable. She's a cute little bossy girl. And Tyler loves her! :)

I can tell in the past months that he is learning manners, perfecting his ABC's, working on social skills by participating in show and tell, learning to use a computer, and learning a lot of random things that we know we aren't teaching him! This week, they talked about families and made family trees.

Beginning in two weeks, they will start their normal school structured syllabus and he will have a full class of 15 with an additional teacher, Miss Jeneatte, a past elementary school teacher. They will work on Spanish some since Miss Jeneatte is bilingual! Gosh, Josh will love that! :)

This fall focuses more on preparing for the next class, which is the 4 year old class! He loves to tell me about the new class that is being built. The "new class" is the part-time classroom that is being added on to the building. Of course, I continually tell Tyler that he won't be going to that classroom! We really have been so impressed with them. They have given us no concerns or issues. It's such a breath of fresh air compared to his daycare provider before! Too bad they don't start until age 2...
