This morning I got up at 6am and exercised on the elliptical for 20mins! I wanted to quit after 9 mins and my ultimate goal was 30 mins, but I don't think the compromise was too bad! It feels nice to have it out of the way in the mornings and not have to worry when I get home about working out at 8:30! Not that I was before..but you know, in theory! So, my goal is to do this every work day with weekends off. I meant to start yesterday, but Tyler messed up my alarm so it didn't go off!
