Birthday Catch-Up! Turning 32 and 34!

So, I turned 32 a few weeks ago, and I've been sitting here trying to remember what I did other than work!  Ah yes, a surprise cake at work and then a low key dinner at home with the family.  Josh got me a gift certificate to get a mani and pedi (both of which I have not done yet).  He also sent flowers at work!

Josh's birthday was a little more entertaining.  Right after our last driveway party, I discussed the idea of having a surprise birthday party for him.  Through several different plan changes, it finally came together the night before!  Since Josh had to take his truck into the shop that Friday, he had to take me to work and then come back and pick me up.  This worked perfectly, as he was away from the house.  The original plan was to have the group inside our garage when we pulled up, but that plan backfired a little because Josh locked the garage door (which he never does)!  A few other kinks in the plan included an unplanned trip back home to change Ryan out of his dirty clothes.  I had to quickly text my neighbors to tell them that we were 5 min from the house and that they needed to not be near our house!  Finally, after a long dinner and random trip to Target, we arrived and got Josh over to our neighbor's backyard!  It was a....wild evening.  But it was totally fun!  Unfortunately, the stomach bug hit our neighborhood that weekend.  It's currently hit 7 people on our street!  We can blame Ryan for that lovely bug!
