We Have Achieved House!

After over a month of house hunting, the search finally ended yesterday.  We finally found a house!  We countered with the sellers quite a bit before we finally won this one.  Over the past month, we have probably walked in over 20 homes--three of which I fell in love with.  However, our finances didn't quite love the houses enough.  :)  After a little bit of re-prioritizing, we found a great home in a great neighborhood that is in the heart of the town! 

It has 3 bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths, and a huge bonus room.  However, my favorite part of the house is the screened in porch!  We met some of the neighbors and were assured that it is a family friendly neighborhood with a lot of children!  It is move-in ready which is always nice.  We do plan to remodel the kitchen and replace all of the appliances to stainless steel, add granite countertops, and add backsplash.  Other than that, we love everything about the house!  We close on both houses on June 29.  Let the packing begin?  I suppose we should start!  Here are a few pictures of our house-to-be!
