I haven't been in the mood to blog or even take pictures for that matter. Strange for me! Here are a few random tidbits to get a blog entry down for the week!
Ryan loves to color! We brought down our small table and chairs that was Tyler's, and Ryan will sit and color for quite a while. He has also tried his hand at coloring our walls. Yep, definitely my kid.
Tyler received his second report card and is above average on his reading. We couldn't be more proud of him!
Josh and I are preparing the house for the market again. Our hope is to have it on the market by March 1. I really hope it sells this year!

Have you thought about renting it out? That's what we're doing with our old condo so we can hold onto it for when the market is more seller-friendly. It has worked really well for us.
Our homeowner's covenants won't let us rent our house out.
