Our last and final stop was right at our door at home! Josh's side of the family met us for an afternoon of opening presents, socializing, and my MIL's famous lasagna. This year was important for Josh and his family as all of his siblings were here to celebrate. Being a family of officers, nurses, and one who lives up north, it's hard for everyone's schedule to come together! As I 100% expected, Tyler and Ryan were thoroughly spoiled this Christmas. But being the only grandchildren, this is only normal!

| Funny...we didn't have all that under our tree before we left! |
| Opening presents...lots of them! |
| I have a feeling I will have to learn how to play this game! |
| Reading a really cute card that has Santa's belly shaking |
| Both boys received beanbag chairs |
| Ryan's new thing is saying "cheese!" |
| We have a total train lover in our house! |
While waiting for the food to be done, the boys played hockey outside while the gals hung inside and socialized!
| It might have been my house, but my MIL was definitely the cook! |
| This is how you make shift a dining room :) |
| The fixings! |
| Tyler also received a hockey stick and goal...which the boys were testing out for him! |
When dinner was served for 10 in our 1440 square foot house with no dining room, it didn't matter because we made it work :)
For reasons unknown to me as a woman, about 20 minutes of nerf gun wars took place. I'm certain I will find the foam ammunition in my house for a while!
And when the evening closed, we finally got a family picture of Josh's family--the first in many years.
And a picture of our family of four which I'm embarrassed to say is only the second family picture taken of us in 2011!
Merry Christmas!!
