Tyler’s 4 year old Christmas Program

Yesterday was Tyler’s Christmas program at his school.  I was a little nervous about his cooperation due to a few conferences with his teachers about his “behavior” during practices.  I wasn’t sure whether it was slightly humorous or a serious matter, but we did want to ensure that he was listening to his teachers.  However, this time of year is exciting to him on top of only being 4.  It reminded me of how my cousin and I used to get upset with my youngest cousin when we tried doing holiday plays for our family.  He always wanted to goof around during our “practices.”  Maybe it’s a boy thing too?  Smile
Anyway, Tyler did just fine but of course was in the back and with no speaking part, lol!  He did get to at least ring the jingle bells!  Mimi and Paw Paw made the drive to see him and Ryan joined in the audience as well.  Josh had to work unfortunately.  Here are a few highlights from his big day!

After the program was the Christmas party.  The night before I made these cute cupcakes for his class!  They were so cute but took quite a while to decorate!  I found the idea in Family Fun’s magazine for December and had marked it to make for his party!  They were a hit with both Tyler and the kids!

Haha - let's just hope those old videos don't get played as much this Christmas as they did at the beach! :) The cupcakes look awesome, by the way!
