Generosity of strangers

It's been a while since I last wrote. . .

Today, Josh found out that a local Wake Forest church donated $370 per police officer, so we have a large amount of money in our possession right now. I think we were both very amazed at the generosity of those people. At the very least, we will be writing letters to the families that donated money. We both really want to do something to give back. I really want to adopt a family, but so many churches and organizations have passed their cutoff for these things since it's so close to Christmas. Of course, there are many other things we could do. I just like to see where it's actually going. So, I'm not sure at this point what we are going to do.
