Finishing off a Week of Sickness

Last weekend as we were home for my grandmother's 94th birthday, Ryan developed croup.  Well, at the time we didn't know what it was because he wasn't even coughing.  He woke up around midnight Sunday morning wheezing between cries and trying to catch his breath.  Josh and I took him to the ER where he was then diagnosed with croup and got a super strength dose of a steroid.  The following day, he had a 103 temperature and literally no voice.  Super sad!  By Wednesday, he was fever-free and back at preschool.  The cough still lingers, but he's feeling much better!

Here are a few pictures from our weekend before the sickness began!

Visiting a local fire station!  Tyler wasn't excited about going but then decided that he thought it was pretty cool!

Ryan will look, but he definitely won't touch!

Tyler looking at Great-Grandma's present from us, a photo book of our family beach trip.

94 years YOUNG! And minor ice cream malfunction

Make a wish!
