So, I'm able to walk without pain now, and I'm up to level 2 (which by the way made me almost cuss out loud). Today, I opted to workout at work for 35 mins (360 calories) so that tonight I could focus on Tyler. I figure I'll do that on days that Josh is working. So, my weeks would look like this:
Week A:
DVD M, T, F
Gym W, Th
Week B:
Gym M, T, F
DVD W, Th
And weekends happen when they happen. I can't make promises but I imagine I'll try to do it!
By the way, I've been recording my measurements but I won't share them until I start to loose :)
