I was looking at the post labels on my blog and clicked on the Workout label only to see that my last post was January of 2011. That's kind of sad! Though I did exercise last summer/fall, I guess I never really talked about it because it wasn't all that interesting!
However, over the past few weeks I've been introduced to the art of running. I am NOT a runner. Even in elementary school, I would panic over the timed mile runs. I simply cannot run. Well, thanks to the Couch to 5k program, I am learning to run! I'm on week 3 and haven't quit yet, so that's always a good thing! :)
Update to come in another few weeks! But at the end of this is my first 5k run...in April!

This is a great app that really works. The runs get long and intimidating but you can do it. I did it last spring and then started on week 3 a few weeks ago to get ready for a 5K this weekend. Hoping I make it since we will be pushing the twins in the double stroller.
